1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The following sets out the Terms and Conditions for Sleex Limited (“Sleex” or “we” or “us” or “our”), a company registered in United Kingdom under the registration number 05667175 and a company address of 78 York Street, London, England, W1H 1DP. These Terms and Conditions apply in whole to all individuals or entities who use, interact with or visit the website (www.en.sleex.com). By visiting the Sleex website (“Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the contract between you and Sleex.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern your rights and obligations when using the Site as a visitor and when making an order through the Site. For this reason, it is important that you take the time to read these conditions carefully. Sleex recommends saving these conditions on your computer and / or printing them out for your records.
2. YOUR ORDER
2.1. It is not necessary to set up an account in order to make an order. However, it is necessary for you to provide certain information for us to fulfil your order such as your full name, address and payment details. We reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer at our discretion.
2.2. When you place an order on the Site, you will automatically be sent an email of acknowledgement of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, this demonstrates that we have acknowledged your order. Due to our products being subject to availability, your order will only be accepted when you receive a ‘dispatched’ email.
2.3. Please note that the images and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible however, due to the resolution of your device and/or our images, our products may differ slightly in person to their digital picture.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1. All prices for our products are displayed on our Site. All prices on our Site include VAT but exclude delivery costs. The cost for delivery will be stated during the ‘check out’ phase of the order.
3.2. We must make you aware that prices may change from time to time however, these variations will not affect any orders that have already been placed. We will never change the price of an order once you have placed an order.
3.3. All payments must be made through online payment methods made available on the Site. For information regarding the terms and conditions or privacy policies of a selected payment option please visit their site directly.
4. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
4.1. Sleex aims to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.
4.2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you, via the means of delivery chosen by you.
4.3. We currently ship to addresses in Germany and France, however, this may change over time.
5. QUALITY
5.1. Sleex aims to display products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as colour differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you.
5.2. The products on offer on the Site are naturally subject to wear. The lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of care. The products of Sleex are made from the materials listed on the Site. For optimum lifespan and quality, it is important, where necessary, to follow the care instructions.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1. You have the right to cancel any order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
6.2. This right to cancel does not apply where product packaging has been opened. This is due to our products being classed as intimate apparel. Once opened, the right to cancel is waived due to health and hygiene laws. If the product has been opened but is defective, the wrong size or colour or does not match the description of the product purchased it may be returned pursuant to the return policy outlined below in Section 7.
6.3. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by means of a clear statement by email at refund@sleex.com.
6.4. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
6.5. If you cancel the order, we have to return all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
6.6. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received proof that you have returned the goods.
6.7. You shall return the goods to Sleex immediately and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform Sleex of the cancellation. Please use the instructions on the website (https://www.en.sleex.com/pages/returns).The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
6.8. The following applies to the costs of the return: If you use a return label provided by Sleex, the return is free of charge for you. A return label will be provided by Sleex on the website. You will find the returns process outlined in the portal (https://www.en.sleex.com/pages/returns). If you do not use the return label provided, you must bear the immediate costs of the return.
7. RETURNS
7.1. Irrespective of your legal rights, Sleex grants you the following voluntary right of return:
7.2. You can withdraw from the purchase also if the packaging has been opened and the product has been tested by returning the goods within 14 days of receipt (start of the period on the day after receipt of the goods).
7.3. The prerequisite for exercising the rights in accordance with the voluntary right of return is
- that you have purchased the article in our online store;
- that you have only worn / tried the goods for trying on as in a retail shop; and
- that you send the goods back completely and intact in the original sales packaging with labels attached.
7.4. When you return a product that you have damaged, has been washed, the labels have been removed, a product is incomplete or a product contains other signs of wear and tear which show that you have used the product more extensively than permitted, a return is excluded.
7.5. The following applies to the costs of the return: If you use a return label provided by Sleex, the return is free of charge for you. A return label is provided by the provider on the website. You will find the return form and the sticker on the return page (https://www.en.sleex.com/pages/returns). If you do not use the return label provided, you have to bear the immediate costs of the return.
7.6. The repayment is always made in the form in which you originally used the payment when you exercise the voluntary right of return.
8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1. Please note that all customers must be:
- Over the age of 16 years old;
- Legally capable of entering a binding contract; and
- The authorised owner of the debit/credit card used for the purchase of the product.
8.2. Please ensure that, as you may not be able to edit the order once accepted, that your order is correct before processing to payment.
8.3. Please ensure that you inform us of any changes to the details you provide to us by contacting us at contact@sleex.com. If there are any changes to any of your details, you must inform us of these changes as soon as possible. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the order.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
9.1. This Site must only be use in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. You must not use this Site in a manner that is unlawful or fraudulent.
9.3. You must not knowingly cause harm to the Site by uploading, sending or in any other way transmitting data that contains any form of virus or malware or any other code designed to adversely affect computer hardware, software, or data of any kind.
9.4. You must not knowingly cause any harm to any other user to our site.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1. Sleex may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Sleex decides to do this, any such changes will become binding on all visitors when using and/or browsing the Site. All visitors are therefore advised to check this page upon every visit to our Site.
11. DATA PROTECTION, PRIVACY AND COOKIES
11.1. These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in line and in accordance with the German Data Protection Act, Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG), the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (“DPA’18”).

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
12.1. Sleex does its best to ensure the safety, security and accessibility of the Site. However, Sleex cannot be held liable for any damages directly or indirectly resulting from the use of the Site. Where Sleex are found liable, such liability is limited to the value of the applicable products in dispute.
12.2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit Sleex’s liability to the extent that it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.3. As a visitor to the Site, you shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sleex against claims, actions or proceedings for losses, damages and costs, including court costs and reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site.
13. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
13.1. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by any court or other authority, that/those provisions shall be deemed served from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid and enforceable.
14. LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1. These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between Sleex and users or visitors of the Site (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between users, visitors and Sleex, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
